Using Evex

These draft terms describe the rules intended for Divomi accounts, discovery, conversations and optional paid features. The contracting operator and its address must be supplied before these terms can become a public agreement. Browsing the local design preview does not purchase a service or accept an unpublished contract.

Eligibility and age groups

Divomi is designed for ages 13 through 90, subject to local eligibility requirements and any necessary guardian permission. People aged 13 through 17 use friendship features within the teen group. Adults aged 18 and above use the adult group and may select adult dating preferences. The groups cannot approach one another through discovery or messaging.

Provide a truthful birth date. A paid membership never overrides age restrictions. Launch eligibility and guardian requirements must be confirmed for each market before accounts are offered there.

Your account

Use a valid email address and complete verification when required. Keep login access secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, falsify age or operate accounts to evade restrictions.

Your displayed age remains visible. Birth date corrections require review. Profile names must contain between 1 and 30 characters. Changing a name costs 100 gems the first time and 500 gems for every subsequent change. The cost must be shown before confirmation; leaving the same name unchanged incurs no charge.

Photos and profile content

Use clear, authentic photos that identify you. Divomi allows up to five profile photos. After the initial allowance to add three people, three distinct approved face photos are required to add more people.

Do not upload sexual content, nudity, sexually suggestive material, threats, violent imagery, misleading identities or unauthorized material. A moderation decision may require replacement content and must have a route for review. A verification badge is not a guarantee of a person’s intentions or safety.

Respectful connections

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, scam, phish, solicit sexual activity or distribute sexual material. Do not request private financial information or use Divomi to exploit another person. Stop contacting someone who declines or blocks you.

You choose whether to continue a conversation or share a social account. Meet cautiously, protect your personal information and use report or block controls when needed. Divomi cannot guarantee a friendship, match, response or safe meeting.

Permission to host your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have the right to share it. You grant Divomi the limited permission needed to store, display, deliver and review that content for the feature you use and its safety processes. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos.

Content addressed to another member can remain in their possession outside Divomi. Account deletion cannot erase copies independently retained by recipients. The published retention policy will govern records kept by Divomi itself.

Gems and optional features

Gems represent app credits and are not money, investments or a transferable balance. The preview cannot sell, cash out or transfer real value. Final store prices and applicable consumer rights must be shown in the live purchase flow.

Confirmed design costs include 10 gems for a free account right swipe, free skips and 100 gems for a super like with a message. A regular HMU reply costs 30 gems for a free account and zero for paid accounts. A super HMU reply costs 60 gems for free and VIP accounts and zero for SuperVIP. The app must show the applicable cost before spending.

Subscriptions and store purchases

VIP and SuperVIP provide only the benefits displayed in the selected offer. A live checkout must state the actual currency, billing interval, renewal behavior, cancellation method and localized total before authorization. Subscriptions continue only under the authorized store terms and applicable law.

The proposed gem subscription grants 2,000 gems after each eligible seven day interval while active. The current design starts the first grant seven days after activation. Store receipt validation, renewal handling and cancellation remain integration requirements.

Deleting or pausing an Divomi account does not itself cancel an external store subscription. Refund and restoration procedures must follow the actual purchase platform and mandatory consumer rights. Preview membership buttons do not create a purchase.

Rewards and visibility

Optional simulated gem ads grant 10 gems with a daily limit of six. Simulated HMU reward ads have their own posting credit limits. These rewards do not represent a connected ad provider.

Boosts increase ranking priority for a stated period; they do not promise a specific number of views or responses. A Turbo uses a one hour ranking boost. HMU posts and any boost tail follow the limits displayed in the feature. Paid plans never exempt content from safety rules.

Moderation and appeals

Divomi may restrict content or accounts when there is evidence of prohibited activity, inaccurate age information or a security concern. Review should use relevant evidence and record staff actions. The live service must supply a working appeal route.

Reports are not a guarantee of a particular outcome or response time. Do not submit knowingly false reports. Urgent threats should be directed to the appropriate emergency service rather than relying only on an app report.

Pausing, leaving and service availability

Pausing should remove an account from discovery without ending existing conversations. Permanent deletion must require a clear confirmation explaining the loss of account information. The production deletion and support systems must be completed before launch.

Features can require network access or device permissions. Divomi does not promise uninterrupted availability. Any limitation of liability, statutory warranty wording or termination condition in the final agreement must preserve rights that applicable law does not allow Divomi to exclude.

Applicable law and contact

Governing law, dispute handling, the operator’s legal address and customer support contact remain unresolved. This draft does not invent a jurisdiction, arbitration clause or overseas representative. A qualified reviewer must adapt these provisions for Divomi’s operator and launch markets.

Material revisions should be announced with an effective date. The Terms, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines must remain available through Settings and the public Divomi website.
